I’m the oldest of all the Dixon boys.

Yeah, that family.

And, yeah, that Dixon. The one with a notorious temper and devastating fists.

My family tried everything short of giving up on me, but there’s only one person who can calm me.

Savannah Riley Dixon.

Girl next door. My best friend.

Sweeter than honey and stronger than whiskey. And the answer to my enraged soul.

From the moment she came skipping onto our ranch when we were kids, I knew she was my future—my everything.

One touch, the fire in me cools.

One kiss, that rage melts away.

But the girl who’s stood by my side through brawls, cop cars, and kids of our own warned me years ago: One more fight, and she’s gone.

For her, I’d do anything.

I’d lower my fists. I’d rein it all in. I’d stop the damn world.

But when someone threatens our marriage, all I see is red.

*Do not read if you aren’t caught up with Glow.

I thought I loved Sawyer.

I knew I would love the broken boy that was Cayson.

I knew I loved Hunter from the moment we met him in Fix.

But, Beau Dixon. He set my heart on fire, he made me cry, and I knew he would crush me just as bad as he would be crushed. I also knew he would fix my heart and his family the way we all needed. Him and Savannah, they’re forever, until the one thing that could come between them does. And that fight scene with his brother isn’t any easier to read the second time around. Neither is the incident with him and Madison.

Y’all, I am not okay. I know, I know, I say this after almost every Molly book but…she does this to me.

And I know, I told her and y’all in my review of Glow for her to bring on the feels. I told her I couldn’t wait for Beau to crush me. She warned me that he was up there with Kieran, who has been the love of my fictional life since I first read about him in Firefly. I was worried but thought “naw, that won’t happen.”

It did.

The only thing I think Kieran has going now is that he’s an assassin. But the angry Dixon that sees red over the smallest thing? Dear God my heart can not handle him. I feel like I’m betraying Kieran but I can’t help it and it’s 100% Mollys fault.

If what I’ve said in up there doesn’t convince you to buy this book, I don’t know what else I can say besides buy dis, is good book.

Molly grew up in California but now lives in the oh-so-amazing state of Texas with her husband, daughter, and fur babies. When she’s not diving into the world of her characters, some of her hobbies include hiking, snowboarding, traveling, and long walks on the beach … which roughly translates to being a homebody with her hubby and dishing out movie quotes. She has a weakness for crude-humored movies and fried pickles, and loves curling up in a fluffy comforter during a thunderstorm … or under one in a bathtub if there are tornado’s. That way she can pretend they aren’t really happening.

Hey all, welcome to my blog! I'm Meagan and I live in Central NY, I've been reading since I was 14 years old and it all started with James Patterson's 'Sam's Letters to Jennifer'. I took the book with me every where I thought I might have a second to read. It's been my go to book as well and I can't imagine what I would do if I never read that. When I'm not reading, which is almost never, you can find me watching my favorite shows which include Bones, Vampire Diaries, Grey's Anatomy, Castle, The Originals, Once Upon A Time, NCIS, The O.C. and Hawaii Five-O! When ever I start a book, I'm almost always instantly hooked, I will stay up all night reading if I can't put it down just so I know the happy ending. My favorite authors include Julie Prestsater, R.S. Grey, Leigh Talbert Moore, Jenn Sterling, P.C. and Kristen Cast, Richelle Mead, Lauren Kate, Gillian Flynn, Kandi Steiner, Brittainy C. Cherry, Staci Hart, Molly McAdams and James Patterson. I always love learning about new authors and talking books, if you'd like to get in touch, feel free to send me a DM on either instagram or facebook.
