I guess it’s naïve to say I thought I would be an actress.
But isn’t that why everyone comes to Los Angeles? Fame?
Then again, I’m from here. And after years of paying my dues, all that fame and fortune was shoved at me with the promise of care for my family.

I’d grabbed for it without truly seeing what I was reaching for. Now I’m trapped in a role that owns my body and slowly steals pieces of my soul.
I wanted to be on camera . . . I never wanted this.

But when an intriguing stranger steps into my life, everything changes.

For the first time in so long, I feel alive—cherished and adored.
But as our stolen glances and secret smiles turn into shared nights and hidden passion, I know it’s only a matter of time before we fall apart.
Because he has no idea what I do for a living, and he works with my boss . . .

Now all my secrets are threatening to expose my deepest shame and ruin so much more than the façade I’ve fought to maintain.

Mia…Third floor…The roommate that’s always coming and going, usually going and always hiding something. Her story is finally here and y’all. It is everything we wanted and more. I’ve had questions about Mia and her secrets since the very beginning, now that I have the answers, I think it might be time for a re-read.

Jensen…Cowboy…The mysterious man that makes Mia feel and having her willing to let her whole world crash down, he’s the kind of guy I look for on these stupid dating apps I use, sadly I don’t think I’ll find him where I live.

I’ve said it before, most recently in my review of Love, that Molly has this way of creating her characters to where they’re all different and yet, I fall for all of them from pretty much the second I hear about them. But to those who know me, none will compare to my love for Kieran, don’t worry.

Mia and Jensen’s story is so unique, it’s one I’ve read before in others and also different, my heart hurt for both of them through out the whole book, but it was nicely mended back together, though I definitely sent Molly crying gifs, as well as shocked gifs and a “But why is it over?” message at the end. To live these books all over again would be a pleasure but to forget them and then re-read? That is a super power I wish I could have.

I love these interconnecting stories, they’re one of my favorite sub-genres, if that’s how one should describe them. To see Hollis, Adam, Stevie, Russell, Ariana and Kinsley grow from Passion to Fame is something amazing, I can’t describe the feelings these type of books give me, not easily anyway.

And that epilogue?

Phewwww, I loved it, I loved the whole book, some parts more than others. But, I would be lying if I said I didn’t want to have a small novella later down the road in Stevie’s POV, definitely of everyone in the future though, not her and Russell’s story from the start. I’d even love a story from Mr. R himself, but I suspect neither of those stories will ever happen, and that’s why I love reading like I do, I have the ability to make up my own theories.

Molly grew up in California but now lives in the oh-so-amazing state of Texas with her husband, daughter, and fur baby. When she’s not diving into the world of her characters, some of her hobbies include hiking, snowboarding, traveling, and long walks on the beach … which roughly translates to being a homebody with her hubby and dishing out movie quotes. She has a weakness for crude-humored movies and fried pickles, and loves curling up in a fluffy comforter during a thunderstorm … or under one in a bathtub if there are tornado’s. That way she can pretend they aren’t really happening.

Hey all, welcome to my blog! I'm Meagan and I live in Central NY, I've been reading since I was 14 years old and it all started with James Patterson's 'Sam's Letters to Jennifer'. I took the book with me every where I thought I might have a second to read. It's been my go to book as well and I can't imagine what I would do if I never read that. When I'm not reading, which is almost never, you can find me watching my favorite shows which include Bones, Vampire Diaries, Grey's Anatomy, Castle, The Originals, Once Upon A Time, NCIS, The O.C. and Hawaii Five-O! When ever I start a book, I'm almost always instantly hooked, I will stay up all night reading if I can't put it down just so I know the happy ending. My favorite authors include Julie Prestsater, R.S. Grey, Leigh Talbert Moore, Jenn Sterling, P.C. and Kristen Cast, Richelle Mead, Lauren Kate, Gillian Flynn, Kandi Steiner, Brittainy C. Cherry, Staci Hart, Molly McAdams and James Patterson. I always love learning about new authors and talking books, if you'd like to get in touch, feel free to send me a DM on either instagram or facebook.
